Under the Prime Minister Awas Yojna and Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojna, eligible candidates can access multiple benefits. Those falling under the EWS and LIG categories are entitled to an interest subsidy of 6.5% for a maximum tenure of 20 years or the loan tenure, whichever is lower. The subsidy amount can reach up to approximately Rs. 2.67 Lac. Additionally, there are concessions in stamp duty and registration fees for these categories.
