Terms and Condition Policy
1. Nature of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users, customers, and partners (“User”) utilizing the online payment and onboarding facilities of Manglam Group (including its subsidiaries and managed entities). By accessing this portal or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Online Payment & Transaction Policy
Accuracy of Information: The User is responsible for ensuring that all details provided (Project Name, Unit Number, Lead ID, or Service Type) are accurate at the time of transaction.
Payment Completion: A transaction is considered successful only when a confirmation is displayed on the portal and a Transaction ID is generated.
Gateway Charges: Any convenience fees or processing charges levied by the payment gateway or bank are over and above the service/booking amount and are non-refundable.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Requests: Any request for cancellation of a booking or service must be submitted in writing to the Manglam Group Corporate Office or via the official support email.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the specific rules of the project or service category.
For Real Estate Bookings: Refunds are governed by the Flat/Plot Buyer’s Agreement and RERA guidelines.
For Digital Services/Onboarding: Refunds are only processed in cases of technical failure where the service was not activated within the stipulated turnaround time.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 15–21 working days and will be credited back only to the original payment source (Bank Account/Card/UPI).
4. Digital Onboarding & Compliance
Verification: For any partnership or agent onboarding, Manglam Group reserves the right to conduct due diligence. Onboarding is contingent upon the submission of valid KYC documents (PAN, GST, etc.).Intellectual Property: Users/Partners are prohibited from using the Manglam Group logo, project renders, or trademarked material without prior written consent.
Data Usage: By onboarding, you consent to the collection and use of your data as per our Privacy Policy, primarily for service fulfillment and regulatory compliance.
5. Limitation of Liability
Manglam Group shall not be held liable for:
Transactions failed due to network issues at the User’s end.
Unauthorized use of a User’s credit/debit card or banking credentials.
Any indirect or consequential loss resulting from a delay in service activation.
6. Modifications to Terms
Manglam Group reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the terms live on the website at the time of the transaction will be the one applicable to that specific interaction.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, and legal proceedings related to these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and governed by the laws of India.
