Shri. N.K. Gupta (Chairman, Manglam Group) started his career as the Deputy Manager of Rajasthan Financial Corporation & Haryana Financial Corporation. Owing to his ambitious attitude and quest for success, he took up Chartered Accountancy course and became a professional CA in 1979. His lifelong dream to start a business became a reality as he started NKG & Associates, a Chartered Accountancy Practice and offered a plethora of tax-related services and solutions. He broadened his business horizon by venturing into the construction field in the year 1995. His hard work and astute business acumen resulted in establishing several companies and partnership firms. These real estate firms took up projects that focus on the current trends in the real estate sector. Today, it has become one of India’s most prestigious real estate developer groups known as Manglam Builders and Developers. The company rechristened itself as Manglam Build Developer Private Limited to offer dedicated services to the customers.

Mr. Gupta, has done a commendable job as a leader. His vision has brought a paradigm shift in the real estate business scenario of Rajasthan. Under his leadership, the Manglam Group has played a very significant role in infrastructural development of this city. Many of their projects are recognized as the benchmarks in today’s real estate arena of Rajasthan. Some of the milestones established by the Manglam Group are Apex Mall, Crown Manglam’s Plaza, Eden Garden, Ganpati Darshan, Manglam City, ManglamVihar, Kanak Vrindavan, Kanak Vatika, etc. The group has also made a strong foray into the amusement trade with the acquisition of Essel Group’s “Fun Kingdom”, in a joint venture with Dainik Bhasker, India’s largest media house.

Over the years, the Manglam Group has grown from strength to strength and has completed around 68 projects. The Manglam Group has handed over 22,990 units (including residential, commercial and industrial units) comprising of 421.98crore square feet.

TheManglam Group. was launched in the year 1995with an objective redefine the real estate scenario and cater to the housing needs of mid-income and first-time homeowners. Additionally, a little over 20 projects (5 townships, 11 residential, 2 commercial, 1 hospital and 1 resort) are planned for new launches soon.

Philanthropic Activities And Hobbies

Mr. N. K. Gupta has not limited his service to business alone. He is a well-recognized and active Social Philanthropic Activist. He has served as Secretary of Vidhyadhar Nagar Central Spine Vikas Samiti, Jaipur. He has also acted as the Executive Member of Agarwal Samaj Samiti. Currently, he holds the Vice-President post in the Rajasthan Builders and Promoters Association. Mr. N. K. Gupta is also a Member of the Rotary Club.

Mr. N. K. Gupta has a fondness of the outdoors and likes to read books focusing on management. He is an avid sports aficionado and lover of good music.
