 The township, Manglam's Ananda, the complete
city spreads across an area of 57 beeghas
comprising of Low-rise and High-rise independent
floors with Retail market. Designed by leading
architect "GPM Associate, Delhi." According to
this, we have planned to construct 1300 flats in
two phases, having 500 flats in Phase I Lowrise
G+3 and G+4 format and remaining in the Phase II
Highrise G+12. The development work is in full
swing at the site and Phase I will be ready for
handover by April, 2014. As an important step
towards the development of the project, the
company has already received the approval of 90B
from Jaipur Development Authority. We can say
