* (The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the name of 'Manglam Build-Developers Private Limited' on 1st April 2008 at Jaipur in the State of Rajasthan under the Companies Act, 1956. Pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on 9th August, 2011, the status of the Company was changed from private limited to public limited and fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to the change in status issued by the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan on 30th August, 2011.
